2025 League

ENTRY INFORMATION

Team Entry – email using our contact email address: provide team name, player names and preferred starting division (1,2,3).

Payment details – once your team entry has been accepted you will be emailed payment details.

Player Registration – all players must be registered in order to play. This also provides access to the Club for ‘visiting teams’. Players can be added in-season.

PLAYING INFORMATION

Club Rules – each team member is required to read the CVC rules before participating in the league.

Fixtures – teams will normally play three matches each week. Fixtures will be provided on match night.

Net Rota – each team will be required to help set up nets at least once per season. Take care to note your net duty. Failure to do so will result in a £10 fine.

League Tables – these will be published on a regular basis (see tables snapshots below)

Promotion and relegation may take place at intervals during the season to ensure teams are playing at the right level.

Cancellation – if your team are unable to field a team you must give at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a £10 fine.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Insurance cover – Insurance cover is NOT provided by Devon County Council, Coaver Club or Coaver Volleyball Club. Please arrange your own cover if required.

Alcohol – any team bringing their own alcohol will be removed from the league forthwith.

All teams are responsible for keeping the site in good order – this includes clearance of litter, return of glasses to the bar, and ensuring all kit is returned and put in the appropriate store. In addition, children and pets must be supervised.
